You may receive different types of tickets depending on the provider and the type of event (PDF, QR code, mobile transfer, registration on third-party apps, or physical delivery). It is important to carefully check the emails you receive and follow the instructions to access your tickets.
PDF tickets: You will receive a PDF file or voucher with your tickets, which you can download and show on your mobile device at the venue entrance or print if necessary.
QR codes: You will receive tickets with a QR code that can be downloaded to your mobile device and scanned at the event entrance. In these cases, printing the tickets is not necessary.
Mobile transfer: Tickets may be transferred through ticketing platforms used by event organizers (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or others designated by the organizer). In these cases, you must show the tickets on a mobile device and they cannot be printed.
Third-party apps: In some cases, you will need to register or download third-party apps to access your tickets. When applicable, we will provide the necessary instructions.
Physical delivery: Hellotickets may deliver physical tickets when required by the event or the seller. Physical delivery may be carried out by:
Collection at a designated pick-up point communicated in advance, or
Delivery to a physical address agreed with you during or after the purchase process. In these cases, it is your responsibility to ensure your availability at the agreed place and time.
WhatsApp delivery: The seller may send you the tickets or access instructions directly via WhatsApp. Therefore, you must provide a valid and active WhatsApp phone number to receive them correctly.
Important delivery information
To avoid issues with delivery —digital or physical— it is essential to correctly complete all required information, including your contact email, phone number, delivery address, and any additional details required by the organizer or seller.
NFC
Some tickets may not have a barcode because they are in NFC format, which requires scanning with a compatible device at the entrance. Additionally, on some platforms, the barcode is only displayed on the day of the event.
