If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the tickets. If your event has been canceled, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that the refund may not be made immediately after the event is canceled, as it will be issued by international suppliers. You will receive your refund once Hellotickets has received the corresponding amount from the organizer of the canceled event.
In the event that the cancellation of the event is due to a force majeure not directly attributable to Hellotickets, Hellotickets reserves the right not to refund the management fees and extra costs specified at the time of purchase.
