What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the tickets. If your event has been cancelled, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that the refund may not be processed immediately after the event cancellation, as it will be issued by international providers. You will receive your refund once Hellotickets has received the corresponding amount from the organiser of the cancelled event.

In the event that the cancellation of the event is due to a force majeure cause not directly attributable to Hellotickets, Hellotickets reserves the right not to refund the management fees and extra costs specified at the time of purchase.
