How to cancel your order from "My Account"
If your activity allows online cancellation, you can easily manage it from your account by following these steps:
- Visit our website and log in to My Account.
- Select the activity you wish to cancel.
- If the option is available, select Cancel reservation and follow the instructions.
If your activity does not allow cancellation from "My Account"
- If you are still within the cancellation period, but do not see the option to cancel in "My Account", please contact us so we can assist you with the process.
- If you have already exceeded the cancellation period, unfortunately, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order.
