Access your AXS tickets

If the tickets for your event were sent through AXS, you will receive an email from AXS indicating that you must create an AXS account, or sign in if you already have one, in order to access your tickets.

You may access your tickets by following one of these two options:

Option 1: Accessing your tickets through the AXS app (Recommended)

Steps to follow:

1. Please download the AXS app from the App Store or Google Play:

   • Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.axs.android&hl=en
2. Please register in the app using the same email address you used for your purchase with us. If you already have an AXS account, you may simply sign in with that same email address.
3. Please verify your email address. The app will send you a confirmation link; once confirmed, please return to the app. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
4. Please verify your phone number. Select your country’s flag and make sure the correct dialing code appears (e.g., +60 for Malaysia).
5. You will be able to view your event by clicking on the tickets icon ("My Events").
6. When you click on your tickets, you will see the barcode and your seat information.

Important: Please do not print or take screenshots of these codes. They are renewed periodically for security purposes, and printed or screenshotted codes will not be accepted for entry to the venue. To enter the event, please display your tickets directly from the app on your mobile phone.

Option 2: Accessing your tickets through a browser

Steps to follow:

1. Please go to axs.com
2. Click "Sign In."
3. If you do not have an account, click "Create Account" and complete the required fields. If you already have an account, please sign in directly.
4. Please verify your email address (remember, it must be the same address used to purchase your tickets on Hellotickets).
5. Under the "My Events" section, you will be able to view your tickets.

Important: Although you may view your tickets through a browser, entry to the venue generally requires displaying them from the AXS mobile app, as the code refreshes periodically and printed or screenshotted versions will not be valid.
