How to cancel your booking from "My Account"

If your activity allows online cancellation, you can easily manage it from your account by following these steps:

  • Go to our website and log in to My Account.
  • Select the activity you wish to cancel.
  • If the option is available, click on Cancel booking and follow the instructions.

If your activity does not allow cancellation from "My Account"

  • If you are still within the cancellation period but do not see the option to cancel in My Account, please contact us so we can assist you.
  • If the cancellation period has already passed, unfortunately, it will not be possible to modify or cancel your booking.
