To use the credit:
1. Select the tickets you wish to reserve.
2. During the process, you will be asked for an email address, you must use the same one you used in the first purchase and which is associated with your credit.
3. At the end of the reservation, your card details will be requested. You must click on "I have a coupon code" for it to be applied to the final amount. Please make your reservation from a PC, as this option is not yet available for mobile or tablet.
If the amount of the new reservation is lower than your credit, this amount will be deducted from the total amount and you can use the remainder for future reservations. If your new reservation exceeds the value, you simply have to pay the difference.
