You can receive different types of tickets depending on the provider and the type of event (PDF, Digital platforms tickets, or QR code). Please carefully examine your ticket and read the purchase confirmation email to see your type of ticket and whether you need to print it or not.
Digital platform / Mobile tickets: A mobile ticket is a ticket that must be presented from a mobile device. Please note that you cannot print the tickets and must present them on the mobile at the entrance to the venue.
You will need internet access to download the tickets. In general, you will need to open an account or download a mobile app to receive and view the tickets.
We will send you an email with instructions on how to download the tickets on your mobile device. Please read this email carefully.
NFC Tickets: Some tickets might not display a barcode because they are in NFC format, which requires scanning with a compatible device at the entrance.
Also, certain platforms only show the barcode on the day of the event.
PDF tickets: Sometimes, we will send you a simple PDF file by email, which you will need to print to access your event or show it on your phone.
