Can you refund me to another card?

Due to security protocols in automatic transactions, refunds cannot be made to a card other than the one used for the reservation. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be made using the same original payment method.

 

In the event that the card with which you made the purchase has been lost, renewed, blocked or even expired, the refunded amount will also be sent to the bank linked to your account, where they will be able to inform you of the confirmation of the refund.
