To use the credit:
1. Select the tickets you wish to reserve
2. During the process, you will be asked for an email address, you should use the same one you used for the first purchase that is associated with your credit
3. At the end of the reservation, your card details will be required. You will need to click on “I have a discount coupon” for it to be applied to the final amount. Please make your reservation from a PC, as we do not yet have this option available for mobile or tablet.
If the amount of the new reservation is less than your credit, this amount will be deducted from the total amount and you can use the remainder for future reservations. If your new reservation exceeds the value, you will simply need to pay the difference.
