I Can’t Download the Ticket Platform App

If you are unable to download the app in your country, don’t worry! You can still access your tickets using a web browser. Here’s how:

  1. Use Your Web Browser: Open the web browser on your mobile device, tablet, or computer. Go to the website of the ticket platform provided in your confirmation email.
  2. Log In to Your Account: If you haven’t set up an account, follow the instructions in your confirmation email to create one. Please use the same email address you used during your ticket purchase on the Hellotickets website.
  3. Navigate to the section where your tickets are stored. This is usually labeled as “My Tickets,” “Events,” or similar. If you can see your tickets in your account on the web browser, you simply need to access and use them directly from there.
