Your enjoyment of the match is our priority! That’s why we’ve prepared these essential instructions to help you access the stadium smoothly and make the most of your experience.
Before arriving at the stadium:
- Prepare your tickets on your mobile device: Make sure your digital ticket is open and ready on your phone. Turn your screen brightness to maximum and disable auto-rotate to avoid issues when scanning the QR code.
- Check the assigned gate on your ticket: You must enter the stadium through the gate or turnstile specified on your ticket. Using any other gate will result in the ticket being invalid.
- Plan your arrival: We recommend arriving at the stadium 30 to 40 minutes before the match starts. This will give you enough time to pass security checks and find your seat without rushing.
Upon arriving at the stadium:
- Scan your tickets: When you reach the turnstile, simply scan your ticket. Ensure the code is undamaged. If you are using your phone to display the code, make sure the screen is fully visible.
- The name on the ticket doesn’t matter: Don’t worry if the name on the ticket doesn’t match yours.
- Be discreet if supporting the visiting team: If you purchased tickets in the home section, note that clubs have strict segregation rules. If you are seen supporting the opposing team (celebrating a goal, cheering for the visiting team, or wearing away team colors), you may be ejected from the stadium or denied entry. We recommend being discreet in these situations.
After the match:
- Delete the tickets from your digital wallet: Once the event is over, remove the digital tickets from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
In case of issues:
- Contact our support team. There’s no need to go to the ticket office or ask stewards, as ONLY our support team has the information about your order and will be able to assist you.
By following these tips, you’ll be well-prepared to enjoy an exciting European football match without any issues. Have a great matchday!
